What you need to know
Inclusions
- Full day or multi day lift pass access to Treble Cone ski resort
- Rental skis, ski pole, and snowboard and boots
Exclusions
- Lunches
- Clothing and accessories
Time
- Lift pass can be used daily anytime between 8.30am and 4pm
- Allow at least one hour to be fitted with your rental equipment before your first lesson
- Please arrive on the mountain at no later than 9am to collect your lift pass
Operating Hours
- The resort is open from 8.30am to 4pm.

- This experience is one or multiple days in duration depending on the booking selected.

- Participants can pick up rental equipment from the following locations:
- The Cardrona store located at the Cardrona Ski Resort
- The Wanaka office located at 50 Cardrona Valley Road, Wanaka 9305
- The Queenstown office located at 37 Camp Street, Queenstown 9300
Departure Location
- This experience takes place at Treble Cone ski resort at 50 Cardrona Valley Rd, Wanaka 9305.
Terms And Conditions
- Bookings are essential
- This experience operates in all weather conditions
- An adult lift pass is valid for participants aged 18 to 64 years old
- A child lift pass is valid for participants aged six to 17 years old
- Student and senior discounts are available; a valid ID may be required
- For multiday passes, the time period begins on the first day the pass is activated
- Passes must be activated within six months of the date of purchase
- Refunds are not issued for incomplete pass use
- Please wear clothing suitable to the weather conditions on the day
- The pass usage is as follows:
- 1 Day Pass - Available only for that single day
- 2 Day Pass - Available for 2 days out of 5 consecutive days
- 3 Day Pass - Available for 3 days out of 5 consecutive days
- 4 Day Pass - Available for 4 days out of 7 consecutive days
- 5 Day Pass - Available for 5 days out of 8 consecutive days
- 6 Day Pass - Available for 6 days out of 9 consecutive days
- 7 Day Pass - Available for 7 days out of 10 consecutive days
- The experience provider will issue a confirmation via email, participants will have to present either a printed or digital copy on the day

Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- This experience is strictly nonrefundable

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
