- 7.00am - 9.15am: Travel to Gurulmundi State Forest while learning about the region's flora, fauna and local stories
- 9.15am: Arrive at Gurulmundi State Forest and enjoy refreshments among the wildflowers
- 10.00am: Enjoy a wholesome morning tea
- 10.30am: Explore multiple wildflower sites with an expert botanist, searching for rare species, ground orchids and carnivorous plants
- 1.00pm: Relax with a generous picnic lunch surrounded by woodland and wildflowers
