- Not recommended for participants who are more than 20 weeks pregnant
- Participants with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, recent surgery, or other medical conditions affected by flight should consult their doctor before booking and advise the operator
- Participant changes are permitted provided weight limits are met

- Flights operate subject to suitable weather conditions and may be rescheduled if conditions are unsuitable; rescheduling is at no cost to you
- Avoid wearing loose hats, scarves and light items that can blow away on the tarmac
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience.
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your scheduled experience.
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in forfeiture of your experience.
