- This experience departs from the Man O War Steps, Farm Cove Street, Circular Quay, Sydney, NSW 2000.

- Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Special dietary requirements cannot be accommodated
- Not available during the winter months of June, July and August
- Alcoholic beverages are not included; however, participants are welcome to BYO
- Each dog must have a ticket, booked alongside an adult ticket purchase, with breed and weight provided at time of booking
- Small to medium-sized dog only with a maximum weight limit of 25kg
- Dogs must be well behaved, vaccinated, desexed and remain on a lead at all times throughout the cruise
- For safety, dogs must be carried on and off the vessel by their owner or crew
- This is a social cruise. Dogs should be comfortable around other dogs and people
- Treats and water bowls provided on board
- Owners are requested to ensure their dogs have relieved themselves prior to boarding
- Minimum of 10 and a maximum of 20 participants, with a maximum of ten dogs per cruise
- In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
- You may reschedule or request a refund up to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled departure date.
- Any rescheduling requests or refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@seasydneyharbour.com.au.
- Requests received within seven (7) days of the booked departure date will incur either a 100% cancellation fee if you request a refund, or a 50% fee if you request a reschedule.
- Any proposed rescheduled date must be within twelve (12) months of the original booking date; otherwise, you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and no refund will be provided.
- You may make only one (1) rescheduling request per booking.
- All rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance by Sea Sydney Harbour and may be approved or declined at its sole discretion.
- If pricing for the new date differs from the original booking, you will be required to pay the difference, or if the new price is lower, the difference will be credited back to you.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
