A Must-Do for first time visitors!
We chose the Sydney Explore 48-hour ticket. This allowed us 2 days of Hop-On service plus the 1 day Captain Cook cruise option and the Night tour. We took advantage of all! We did the Red Line one morning and then walked over to Circular Quay (a short walk) to take the Captain Cook cruise to the Taronga Zoo. All instructions were clear and the process was smooth. That same evening we did the Night tour. This one was personally narrated and that added a lot to the tour. The sunset views were beautiful and we had 2 chances to disembark for photos during the 1.5 hr tour. The following day we took the Blue line to Bondi Beach. We went early and had more time to explore the beach before the crowds built. It was a beautiful Sunday so the beach and area surrounding area became VERY crowded by the time we left around 12:30. We do Big Bus whenever we fo to a new city so we can get the lay of the land. Sydney did not disappoint!
Good way to see sights in Sydney
Great introduction to the city and Bondi Beach. Gave us lots of ideas about other places to visit, including the Sydney Museum and the Maritime Museum.
