Working one on one with an expert barista, you will start where every good coffee starts, texturing milk until it is smooth and glossy, then practising the steady pour that puts a design in the cup.
From there the difficulty steps up, moving from the heart to the rosetta, tulip, swan and seahorse, with unlimited milk and beans so you can keep going until it clicks. You will work on a commercial machine, the same kit used behind a cafe counter, which makes this just as useful for a working barista or cafe owner as it is for a complete beginner. Best of all, you get to drink what you make. With two places in the class, it is a great way to spend an afternoon with a friend or partner and leave with a skill you will use every morning.

- Access to the studio is by stairs only as there is no lift or escalator
- Drinking coffee is not mandatory
- A waiting area is available outside the studio for spectators
