What you can expect
Learn to pour latte art in Strathfield on a private 100 minute class for two, held three minutes walk from Strathfield Train Station. Working with an expert barista on a commercial machine, you will begin with milk texturing, the foundation of every good pour, then move on to the designs themselves.
Start with a heart, then build through rosetta, tulip, swan and seahorse as your confidence grows, with the session tailored to your level and your pace rather than a fixed syllabus. Unlimited milk and coffee beans are provided, so there is plenty of room to practise, spill, laugh and try again until the pattern comes out the way you pictured it. You will taste the coffees you make as you go, and if you prefer an alternative milk you are welcome to bring your own. Whether you are home baristas chasing a better pour or simply curious about how cafes do it, this is a relaxed and genuinely useful way to pick up a skill you will use every morning.

- Enclosed shoes must be worn for safety

- This experience is for two participants
- Participants under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a full paying adult
- The venue is accessed by stairs only with no lift available, which may not be suitable for participants with limited mobility or wheelchair users
- Class content is tailored to the level and pace of each participant as this is a private class
- Waiting areas are available outside the studio for spectators
- Participants are welcome to bring their own alternative milk such as oat, almond or soy
- Drinking coffee is not mandatory
- This experience runs in all weather conditions
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
