- Highchairs are not available due to safety reasons
- Prams are not permitted on board. Guests travelling with children in prams may request the crew to safely store the pram during boarding
- Pets are not permitted on board. Registered guide dogs are welcome and permitted to assist guests who require them
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas

- There are two parking options close to King Street Wharf. One is King Street Wharf Parking on Shelley Street and it's the closest parking available. Another nearby parking station is 321 Kent Street with an approximate five minute walk to King Street Wharf
