Our driver Mr Ibnu was friendly & pleasant. Even the lady at Royal Limousine counter at the airport was of much help telling us the driver was delayed due to the wet weather.

- Transfers to your Sydney accommodation from Sydney Airport
- Upon collection of your luggage from the designated carousel, you will need to promptly proceed to the pick-up point. (All details of pick-up points and tour operator contact details will appear on your tour voucher)
- Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc) may have certain restrictions, please enquire with the transport operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Confirmation of your transfer will be received at time of booking. Local transport operator's information including phone number is included on your confirmation voucher
- Tickets are non-refundable
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the transfer
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher

The driver and the airport help desk lady were very friendly
The driver and the airport help desk lady were very friendly. However, for the transport from airport to Gold Coast near midnight , I have to wait two hours for the shuttle. The shuttle needs to take all local passengers home before Gold Coast. It's a very long wait and reached hotel by 4 am. Too tried for the family with young kids

I rang up to confirm the day before
I rang up to confirm the day before, was told to go to Royale Limosines where I would be met. When I landed there was no one at the desk so I sat to wait. When someone did come they told me I'd been given the wrong information and printed me a pass which I wasn't told I'd need. I walked to try and find where I needed to be and found a shuttle driver who didn't mention connexions or have my name but said I was in the right place and walked me to the far end of the airport. At this stage I was very confused so tried to ring connexions who first said no go back to the limo desk and then when the call was cut off told me to go to the meeting point where someone was waiting for me. No one was waiting at the meeting point
