What you can expect
Fire up the BBQ and get grilling as you join an all-inclusive three-hour masterclass sharing the art of seafood BBQs. Cook jumbo prawns with delicious gochujang butter, Murray Cod with salsa verde, a sublime cuttlefish salad, and grilled corn with smoked butter or radicchio with balsamic dressing. Noting that while menu items may change due to seasonality, the techniques gained and flavour sensations enjoyed will remain the same.
Learn how to cook an entire fish on the grill and share in a fun and relaxed cooking experience. With expert demonstration held in a tiered theatrette, and access to a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen in which to prepare your dishes. Come together at the end of the glass to enjoy a tasty BBQ seafood feast and continue the cooking journey at home with a recipe booklet to keep.
