Your guide will show you around the commercial wharves, where you will see the different fishing vessels. From live lobsters, tuna, prawns and crabs, hundreds of species are being unloaded daily. See live oyster shucking and sushi preparation for the markets. Let your guide share tips on how to spot the best seasonal seafood and make sustainable choices when purchasing.
