- Entree:
- Smoked salmon ceviche with herbed prawns and shaved fennel
- Scallops with roasted pepper and chimichurri
- Delhi fusion chaat - smashed samosas, yoghurt, tamarind and chickpea salsa
- Main course:
- Mediterranean Spiced Breast of Chicken
- Crispy chat potatoes, honey glaze Dutch carrots and tender broccolini with rich mushroom sauce or
- Herb-crusted Salmon Steak
- Crispy chat potatoes, Moroccan spice steamed broccolini, and sauce Vierge with lemon
- Dessert:
- Wattle seed cheesecake
- Wattle seed, dulce de leche or
- Hawaii Island
- Roasted pineapple mélange with vanilla mousse and rose-infused watermelon

- Minimum age is four years old
- Participants under 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Participants must be 18 years and over to participate in the wine tasting as alcohol is involved; photo ID may be required
- Dietary requirements cannot be accommodated but a vegan menu is available

- Split bills are not available onboard
- All cruises during Vivid Sydney, from 22 May to 13 June, will get a one-hour free extension

Fantastic! Romantic! Fun! Entertaining!
Amazing cruise. The boat is terrific inside and out (great for photos of the show and the beautiful Sydney harbour. All the staff were friendly and happy to help with anything. The show is “fantastic”!!!! And (to my surprise) the food was actually very yummy, and big enough that we couldn’t fit it all in (but so delicious we really tried haha). This cruise is super romantic for a couple, and super fun / entertaining for everyone. I highly recommended
So much fun, fantastic experience
If you’re looking for a fun night and a different way to see the harbour at night the showboat cruises is for you. We had a beautiful dinner. The chicken and the barramundi was delicious. We loved the Cabaret style show. The dances were gorgeous and super talented. The lady that sang was fantastic. Fantastic experience
Showboat dinner cruise experience
We had a memorable evening combining dining, live entertainment, and iconic harbour views. The cabaret show, featuring dancers and singer were spectacular, fun, and engaging for a wide range of audiences. We were allocated into Clearview glass boat cruise and it was just amazing experience. The customer service and food were amazing and presentable. One disadvantage was that we booked 2 people as a couple but we both are not able to have chicken only as main meal. We were told one person has to take chicken and one person has to take grilled fish which was very disappointing 😞 Hope this can be looked into because some people doesn't like fish.
