- The cruise operator on the day reserves the right to amend the cruise route in the event of safety concerns
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
