On tour, our passionate guides will take you inside theatres and foyers, which are otherwise off-limits, and let you in on some insider secrets. Following the tour, soak up the views while enjoying your choice of main meal and a beverage: either wine, beer or soft drink, for either lunch or early dinner at Opera Bar or House Canteen.

- House Canteen is currently closed for renovation and will re-open in June 2026
- Guided Tours operate daily: 11:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 3:30pm
- Once you have received your voucher, Please call the supplier after booking to book your tour time
- From Monday 3 August, Opera Bar will undergo renovations. During this period, you will receive the Harbour Kitchen Pizza Menu. Guests can continue to enjoy the harbour views, with food available to order from the Terrace Bar on the Lower Concourse. Midden by Mark Olive will continue operating as normal, with lunch service now from 11:30am and Tour & Dine redemptions available through to 5:00pm.

- When the Sydney Opera House became a UNESCO World Heritage-listed site in 2007, it was hailed as “one of the indisputable masterpieces of human creativity, not only in the 20th century but in the history of humankind”. Now it’s your turn to step inside this iconic landmark and discover the stories behind Danish architect Jørn Utzon’s remarkable achievement. What inspired him to base his revolutionary design on ships’ sails? How did he solve an engineering challenge considered one of the most difficult attempted anywhere in the world? You’ll find out on this very special one-hour guided tour into the intricate workings of a living, breathing Opera House
- You will explore the hallowed theatres and foyers where more than 1600 concerts, operas, dramas and ballets take place each year and your experienced guide will be on hand to lead you through every aspect of the building’s 14-year creation and 58-year history. You’ll run your hands over the world-famous shell tiles, take a seat in the elegant custom-made white birch timber chairs and marvel at the vaulted ceilings of one of the biggest pillar-free chambers in the world
- Once you’ve visited areas off limits to the general public and captured photographs from rare vantage points inside the majestic Sydney Opera House, you’ll realise that from the outside you’re only getting half the story
- With the Sydney Opera House as its backdrop and gun-barrel views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, it is not surprising that Opera kitchen has become a favourite Sydney experience, perfect for firsts, finales and everything in between. Showcasing Australian suppliers and provenance.

Very nice experience! recommended ! It's good to see all the opera house .
Our visit to the Sydney Opera House was truly memorable! It’s such an iconic place, and seeing it up close was an amazing experience. The tour was very well organized and informative — the guide explained everything clearly, from the history and architecture to interesting stories behind the performances. We really enjoyed exploring the different sections of the Opera House, including the main concert hall and theatre rooms. The views from around the building were stunning, especially overlooking Sydney Harbour and the Harbour Bridge — perfect for photos! My family and I had a great time and learned a lot. It’s one of those experiences that makes you appreciate how special Sydney is. We highly recommend the Opera House tour to anyone visiting — whether you’re a local or a tourist, it’s definitely worth it!
