Curated by renowned chef Luke Nguyen, this shared degustation brings South East Asian flavours together with native Australian ingredients and a fresh, modern twist.
Settle in at a table framed by the gardens and work your way through a series of shared plates, from delicate scallop pancakes and prawn fritters to a rich short rib pho and slow braised lamb yellow curry, before finishing on a black sesame dessert. Your choice of a premium bottle of wine or matching wines flows alongside each course, with tea and coffee to round things off.
