Dine 81 floors above the city at a slowly revolving restaurant near the top of Sydney Tower, where a three course dinner for two comes with 360 degree views across the skyline, Sydney Harbour and beyond. Created by acclaimed Australian chef Mark Best, the a la carte menu is built exclusively around Australian produce drawn from the land, coast and regions, with every plate showing his signature precision and a nod to the farmers, fishers and artisans behind it.
Work your way through three courses of entree, main and dessert, with freshly baked bread and cultured butter and a chef selected side rounding out the table. As you eat, the room turns slowly to reveal a fresh view with every course, from the harbour to the suburbs stretching out to the horizon. Allow around two hours to settle in, take your time over dinner and watch the lights of Sydney shift far below. Book a weeknight table and toast the occasion high above the harbour city.
