With the included Go-Pro hire, capture epic photos and videos as you look out for turtles, dolphins, rays, and even seasonal whales in Horseshoe Bay against the stunning backdrop of and Magnetic Island. You're in charge, setting the pace and choosing the direction that suits your family best for the ultimate, fast-paced choose your own adventure.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your hire start time to begin our safety briefing, unfortunately this cannot be delayed for latecomers. For example, arrive at 9.50am for a 10.00am hire.

  • Follow all laws and rules explained during the briefing, including maintaining a 200-meter distance from all objects and other jetskis. If you're in a group, ensure you book with the understanding that you must keep your distance from each other at all times
  • Safety is our top priority, and there is zero tolerance for violations of this rule
Terms And Conditions
  • The minimum age to be a passenger with a parent/guardian who is 18+, is 6 years
  • 16 and 17-year-olds can ride alone with proof of age (school ID, licence, or passport). They cannot ride with another underage passenger
  • Maximum weight for a single rider is 120kg
  • Maximum combined weight of 2 people on one jet ski is 160kg. These limits are subject to approval based on conditions and insurance requirements
  • A thorough understanding of English is required. You must be able to understand the briefing and contract. If the tour guide cannot easily have a conversation with you in English, you will not be allowed to ride and will not be refunded
  • You must be a competent and confident swimmer. Booking confirms this, and refunds will not be provided if you fail to meet this requirement
  • Booking confirms you have no pre-existing medical conditions affecting your hire, are not pregnant, and will not be intoxicated (0 alcohol reading required). Refunds are not available for failing to meet these conditions. Failing to acknowledge these restrictions makes the booking ineligible for a refund
  • No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the booking. No refunds for change of mind
  • No refunds for missed or late arrivals. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to avoid this. Refunds not cancelled by the tour operator are processed less the booking fee. Refunds are only provided if the operator cancels a session due to bad weather, equipment issues, or personal issues
  • Refunds are at the discretion of the operator
  • Providing false or misleading information during booking (e.g. incorrect age or weight) will result in no refund. The operator will try to accommodate you, but this is not guaranteed. Please contact with any queries before booking
  • GoPro Hire - Instructions for using the equipment will be provided
  • If a GoPro is lost or broken during the tour, a charge of $500.00 applies for the loss of equipment and revenue

Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

  • Upon completion of the purchase, you can print the voucher and present it on the day of the experience
