Get ready for an unforgettable morning! Set among native trees in a tranquil outdoor area that captures the essence of outback Australia, this ranger-cooked breakfast is a treat for the senses. As you enjoy your meal, you’ll be joined by some of Australia's most cherished native residents. You'll meet Harry, the Southern Hairy-Nosed Wombat, and Pebbles, our female koala, whose gentle presence will warm your heart. You'll also be introduced to Amaroo, a rescue koala from Southeast Queensland, whose story of survival will inspire you.
The ranger team will also guide you through intimate encounters with these remarkable creatures, sharing fascinating insights into their lives and habitats. Plus, you’ll have the chance to meet even more of our beloved Australian animals. It’s a perfect blend of nature, wildlife, and delicious food, creating a truly unique experience you'll remember forever.

What you need to know
- 2 hour ranger guided koala meet and greet experience
- Hearty, freshly prepared breakfast served in an outdoor setting
- Insights into the local environment and wildlife conservation efforts through engaging discussions with experienced rangers
- The duration of this experience is two hours.
- This experience takes place at Bounce Magnetic Island
- Upon arrival at Bounce, please feel free to take a seat on the main deck area in front of the bar. There's no need to check in at reception
- Seasonal Menu:

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure at 8:15am at the Bounce Reception Deck, the ranger will collect you at 8:30am sharp for the start of your Aussie Breakfast experience.
- BYO camera or smartphone for lasting memories. You will meet our family of Koala's however no koala photos are on offer through our commitment to education and the health of our animals.
- Children classified as 2 - 12 years / Under 2 free of charge
- Children are classified as ages 2 to 12 years
- Children under 2 years of age are free of charge
- Children under the age of 16yrs must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

Highly recommend this for families
We had a great time at the breakfast. We got to see and pat a koala, wombat and a snake. We also saw a lizard and loads of kookaburras trying to steal our food. Highly recommend this for families
