Magnetic Island is one of Queensland's most spectacular natural settings, and this 90-minute guided jet ski tour gives you one of the best ways to explore it. Departing from Horseshoe Bay, you'll captain your own jet ski with a trained guide alongside as you cruise toward North-West Point, taking in granite boulders, rugged rock formations and hidden caves that tell the island's geological story. The route covers eight bays in total, seven of which are only accessible by water, including the iconic Five Bays, each with its own distinct beach and character.
Along the way your guide shares insights into local ecosystems, conservation efforts and the island's protected marine and national parklands. Keep an eye out for turtles, rays, dolphins and soaring birds of prey, with seasonal humpback whales a possibility depending on the time of year. There are also opportunities to stop and swim in secluded spots along the route. It's a genuinely rewarding way to see Magnetic Island from the water.

- Riders aged 16 to 17 may operate a jet ski independently but cannot carry underage passengers
- Parent or guardian must be present and booked on the tour; valid photo ID and a Visa or Mastercard are required
- Single rider maximum weight is 120kg; combined weight limit for twin share is 160kg
- All participants must be confident and competent swimmers
- Participants must have no medical conditions that affect their ability to ride and must not be pregnant
- All participants must be able to understand and follow instructions in English
- Participants must have a blood alcohol content of zero
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
