- Pricing is per jet ski, inclusive of up to two riders
- Please advise of any pre existing medical conditions which could impair participants' riding capabilities at the time of booking
- Participants must have some level of fitness and be able to tread water with a life jacket
- Maximum weight limit for a single rider is 130kg
- Maximum weight limit for doubles is 200kg
- Minimum age to drive a jet ski is 16 years old
- Minimum age to be a jet ski passenger is seven years old
- Drivers under 18 years old require a parent or guardian to sign on their behalf
- Jet ski tours and hires are adventure activities that can involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated
- The experience provider maintains high safety standards, trained guides and established safety procedures
- Participants must sign and agree to a Liability Release and Safety Waiver before participating
- Participants must understand and follow all safety briefings and instructions in English
- Participants are encouraged to obtain their own travel insurance to cover unforeseen events or personal circumstances
- Participant changes are allowed, so please contact experience provider
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and if within 24 hours, rescheduled or provided a gift voucher, if neither is feasible a full refund will be provided
- Participants must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
