- This experience is approximately four hours in duration.
- This experience departs from Breakwater Marina at the end of Mariners Drive in Townsville QLD, with an additional pick up option from Nelly Bay Ferry Terminal on Magnetic Island QLD. Please advise your preferred departure point at the time of booking.

- Refunds are not offered if whales are not sighted
- If the experience provider cancels a trip and you are unable to reschedule to another date of your choice, a refund may be applied
- Refund processing times vary and international transfer fees may apply, for which the experience provider is not responsible
- Illness or seasickness is not grounds for a refund
- Credit card surcharges and booking fees are non refundable
- It is recommended that participants take non drowsy seasickness medication; please consult your GP or pharmacist before travelling
- BYO alcoholic beverages are permitted and responsible consumption applies
- Change your booking up to 14 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 14 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

The day was enjoyable and we saw whales.
Both staff members were friendly, helpful and engaging. The day lacked substance as there was no commentary or knowledge of the area in which we travelled. Both staff members tried hard on a one-to-one basis.

Great experience on the water. Felt safe. Saw 2 whales.
4 hours out on the water. Some technical difficulties with the microphone but Robert felt with it and still got the information across. Sipping on a wine looking out at the water and hearing the history was a great way to do it. Also scored following 2 whales and watching them breach. Family friendly.

Great experience
With a Whale watching tour, you never know what you are going to get. We did see whales, but over and above that our driver and guide provided insights and information on the area, on whales, on some sea birds flying around.
