- Soft-soled shoes or sandals, please avoid hard boots or heels
- Sun-smart clothing such as a lightweight long-sleeve shirt, shorts and swimwear underneath
- Hat and sunglasses
- Reef-safe sunscreen
- Towel is optional but recommended
- Change of clothes is optional, if desired
- Minimum age is 12 years old to join the tour
- Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages
- Participants should be in good health and possess a reasonable level of mobility, as boarding and disembarking the vessel may require physical effort
- If you are pregnant or have any health or mobility concerns, consult directly with the experience provider to determine if the tour is suitable for you
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled

- Participant number changes are subject to availability and must be requests at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
