- Minimum age is 6 years old and children must be supervised by an adult
- Participants must be able-bodied and capable of boarding and disembarking without assistance
- Participants with medical conditions such as heart, neck or back issues must consult a doctor and notify the experience provider prior to booking
- Any damage caused by negligence may incur charges
- Private transfers are available for group bookings
- Minimum of four and a maximum of 12 participants
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
