Touching down in the remote wilderness of Mount Aspiring National Park, your self-guided 7.5-kilometre hike across an alpine track and through untouched landscapes starts. With the fresh alpine air and incredible scenery, every step feels like something straight out of a postcard.
After around three hours of hiking, you swap your boots for an adrenaline rush on the water aboard a jet boat, taking you 30 minutes across pristine rivers. You will skim over shallow waters, zip past riverbanks, and feel the thrill of high-speed spins. With safety briefings and expert staff guiding each stage, everything is taken care of, and all you need to do is enjoy the ride. - This experience is approximately five hours in duration.
- This experience departs from Corner Rata Road and State Highway 6, Makarora 9382. Situated on the Haast Pass Highway, a 50-minute drive from Wanaka and an hour from the West Coast.

- Moderate fitness required with the ability to hike continuously for approximately three hours
- If you have any concerns, medical conditions, or injuries, please inform the office staff before your journey
