- Guests are greeted in the arrivals lounge, they can be easily located up past the luggage carousel under the sign saying ‘prebooked transfers’

- A 100% cancellation fee will be applied to any booking, for cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
