Immerse yourself in a gin distillery tour, guided tasting and seasonal feed-me style lunch lasting approximately two hours and 30 minutes to three hours in Healesville, a charming township in the Yarra Valley. Your experience begins at a working distillery, where you join a hosted tasting of five signature house gins. As you sip, you will explore a spectrum of flavours and aromatic botanicals while learning how each spirit is distilled, blended and balanced.
You then head behind the scenes on a guided walking tour through the production space, weaving past gleaming stills, fragrant botanicals and resting barrels as the gin-making process is brought to life. After the tour, settle in for a seasonal, chef-designed feed-me style lunch that showcases the best of the onsite kitchen, with a generous selection of shared, gin-inspired dishes designed to complement the spirits you have just discovered. Paired with a refreshing gin and tonic, this relaxed dining experience invites you to linger over bold flavours, clever pairings and the laidback country atmosphere of Healesville.
Nice options to enjoy a Gin!
I’m so happy we decided on a last minute visit to Four Pillars. We were warmly welcomed by friendly staff and introduced to our options for the tasting. Whilst the others went for the tasting boards I chose a cocktail. My cocktail Pretty Primmin was delicious!
10/10. David made the visit!
Came for the drink, was surprised (good) by the food, LOVED DAVID! We had an incredible experience with such amazing staff. Very generous with their time and hospitality. 10/10.
Smooth operation with nice GIN.
Overall it’s a nice experience and blah atmosphere once you’re in the door. It’s a bit regimented and rigid. Wait here, stand there, get seated, there is no real charm of a local country setting distillery. Service staff very nice, pace was good. It’s the little things they miss the mark on, a tasting paddle of 3 gins, you can’t pick them you can’t substitute them, you have to take the 3 they offer, or pay to add one, basically seems a bit to corporate. We had a made from GIN platter which was lovely and some basic G&Ts of our choosing (Modern Australian & Olive Gins) and a few cocktails. All lovely, brought a bottle to home. On balance for 5 hour round trip to visit - ok.
