- Casual, comfortable clothing
- Flat, enclosed shoes are required
- Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen
- Spectators are welcome but they must travel independently.
- All hot air balloon flights are subject to favourable weather conditions and may be postponed or cancelled if conditions are unsuitable for safe flight.
- Minimum age is six years old; minimum child height of 120cm
- For safety reasons, this experience is not suitable for pregnant women
- Passengers over 130kg are encouraged to contact the supplier for personalised booking support
- Meeting times vary by season; exact time is confirmed the night before
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
