What you can expect
Grab your paddle and kayak into Adelaide’s very own dolphin sanctuary and International Bird Sanctuary. Kayak the calm waters of Garden Island with a local guide, follow a serene path that will take you down a 10,000 year old mangrove creek forest to spot a thriving wildlife habitat that gives life to migratory shore birds and marine life including wild dolphins. Kayakers may also have the opportunity to spot ancient shipwrecks that lay abandoned from a bygone era. Along the way learn about this unique ecosystem that is located so close to a capital city.

- Private facilities including a private locked up car park, toilets and storage facilities
- Double kayaks with deluxe seats and personal floatation devices
- Waterproof storage bags for phones, cameras and other small items

- This is within private facilities at Garden Island and therefore access to our gated area is 15 minutes prior to start time and 15 minutes after the tour has finished

- Shoes that can be easily taken off or can get wet
- Participants must be at least nine years old
- Participants must have a reasonable level of fitness and able to walk briskly for 15 minutes without being out of breath
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
