After the thrills, enjoy a slower pace as you explore Waiheke’s renowned wine scene with this tour. Savour tastings at two or three premium wineries, where you’ll sample Syrah, Bordeaux blends, and aromatic whites. Whether you opt for a vineyard lunch or a cosy beachside café, your guide will tailor the experience to suit your tastes. - If you are not already staying on Waiheke Island, you will need to make your own way on the ferry from Auckland - the ferry ticket is not included in price
- This experience departs at 8:35am and returns at 5:00pm
- Take the Fullers ferry from downtown Auckland at 8:00am (extra cost) or enjoy an 8:00am pick-up from your Waiheke accommodation
- This is an all-day tour with a duration of approx. 9 hours

- If you are staying on Waiheke Island, let the tour operator know your address upon booking to arrange pick up at approx. 9am
- The wine tasting segment of the tour will include 3 to 4 vineyards and, if time, a quick lunch at an award-winning vineyard or beachside cafe (cost of tastings are included, however lunch and additional drinks are at own expense)
- Pick up from your accommodation on Waiheke Island can be arranged at no extra cost, please advise accommodation address upon booking
- To participate in the EcoZip experience you need to weigh at least 30kg (66lbs) but not more than 125kg (275lbs)
- Please dress appropriately – the zipline will go ahead rain or shine, so it is recommended you bring a jacket or coat
- If you haven’t brought your own wet weather gear then the tour operator are able to supply some
- The nature walk track is 1.4km in length, so wear footwear suitable for a walk of that distance
- In the winter months, especially after periods of rain, the track may be muddy, so don't wear those brand-new, ultra-white numbers
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
