You will explore the base of Uluru on the Mala Walk, following the north west face where ancient Anangu rock art tells stories passed down through generations. Your guide shares the traditions of the Pitjantjatjara people as you make your way to the Mutitjulu Waterhole, home of the ancestral water snake Wanampi.
A visit to the Aboriginal Cultural Centre, built from 90,000 mud bricks with the help of the local Anangu people, brings the region's living culture into focus.
