- Flight Time: 40 minutes.
- Pickup to Drop-off: 90 minutes.
- Van Pickups from the following locations in the Ayers Rock Resort; Sails in the Desert Hotel Desert Gardens Hotel Outback Hotel and Lodge Ayers Rock Campground
- Not Wheelchair Accessible.
- Guests must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance from staff. This includes in the rare event of an emergency.
- Guests are free to reschedule. Reschedules made with short notice may not always be able to be accommodated.
- Free to change which guests are coming on the flight. This may affect the Weight and Balance performance which may require a change of flight. This may not always be possible with short notice
- Two guests are required for a flight to go ahead. The maximum the aircraft can carry is weight-dependent, but up to 7 passengers
- In the event of weather that is too poor to complete the scenic flight, there will be an attempt to reschedule with a time that works for you. If this is not possible, a full refund will be sent
- Not Wheelchair Accessible. Guests must be able to enter and exit the aircraft without assistance from staff. This includes in the rare event of an emergency
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Ayers Rock Scenic Flights reserve the right to cancel without refund any passengers more than 10% of their advised weights and which places the available aircraft beyond its maximum weight limits
- Please ensure correct weights are given when booking, and if you have any concerns, please call to discuss
- Any cancellations by the pilots due to weather or maintenance will receive a full refund
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
