- Valid ticket (digital or printed)
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Water bottle

- Valid only on selected date; unlimited hop-on hop-off during operating hours
- Participants under the age of four years are welcome; a ticket is required for capacity
- This experience runs to a set timetable; subject to change and availability
- Follow onboard safety instructions
- Travel is in small vehicles with 11 to 27 seats
- Guests must be able to step on and off using two steps
- No storage for prams, wheelchairs or large items onboard
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Book on the day via the link or through the Ballarat Visitor Information Centre
- Adult, child and family passes available
- Please arrive to your chosen departure point 10 minutes prior to scheduled time
- A wristband will be allocated to each ticket holder at the first arrival point of the day, this must remain on the wrist of each passenger to use this service.
