Thoroughly enjoyed our Brisbane segway tour
Thoroughly enjoyed our Brisbane segway tour. Booking was quick and easy. The location was easy to find and you could park easily nearby. Guide was friendly and fun. We got a great overview of the southbank, eagle pier, botanical gardens, kangaroo point and in between. All while having fun on the Segway. We covered approx 20kms and now know exactly what we want to go back and see in more detail in the short time we have available in Brisbane. If you have older kids they would love it too.

Had a wonderful tour of Brisbane on a Segway today. Our guide, Andrew spent plenty of time ensuring everyone was as comfortable on a Segway before we took off. We stopped safely at points of interest & great photo ops all along the riverside path, downtown and on bridges. Being from Canada like Andrew we had plenty of fun sharing stories about our travels etc. This fun tour is great value and a great way to explore lots of the Brisbane river area with friends. Don’t be hesitant if you haven’t used a Segway as two of our party where newbies and where safely doing circles in minutes and had smiles the whole time we explored Brisbane
What you can expect
Start your day with a two-hour and 30-minute guided morning Segway adventure through the heart of Brisbane. After a group safety briefing and one-on-one training session, you’ll start driving your premium Segway, with helmet and safety gear provided. In a small group and with a friendly local guide leading the way, you set off to explore some of the city’s most iconic spots.
Cruise riverside paths past the Eagle Street Pier and glide through the grounds of the Botanical Gardens. Pause to take in sweeping views from Kangaroo Point Cliffs before rolling into South Bank Parklands, home to cafes, public art, and the famous Streets Beach lagoon. Along the way, your knowledgeable guide will share fascinating stories about Brisbane’s history, culture, and hidden gems. With everything included, it’s a fun and effortless way to discover Brisbane’s highlights while enjoying the unique thrill of a Segway.

- This experience is two hours and 30 minutes in duration.
- This experience departs from Riverlife Adventure Centre, Naval Stores Kangaroo Point Cliffs Drive, Kangaroo Point, QLD 4169.
- Enclosed flat-soled shoes are required
- Comfortable weather-appropriate clothing
- Minimum age is 12 years old
- Minimum 40kg and maximum 120kg weight limit
- All participants must wear a helmet at all times during the tour
- Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the Segway tours
- Children under 18 years old must have a parent/guardian signed waiver
- In the event of light rain your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
- Participants must meet the minimum safety requirements, including the ability to stand and balance unassisted
- Guests who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the tour will be denied participation
- Each participant must complete a waiver form prior to joining the tour; please contact the experience provider after booking
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience

A fantastic way to spend a couple of hours taking in the sights of the Gold Coast in the sunshine and the fresh air, highly recommended
Had a wonderful 2 hour segway tour on the Gold Coast today. Sun was shining and it was jut beautiful gliding over the bridge from Southport, along the spit road, past Seaworld, along the track and road near the beach, views were breathtaking. Dilan, who took the tour puts you at ease to get into the feel of the Segway and it was a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with him, he went out of his way to take photos and video of the tour and send to me. A fantastic way to spend a couple of hours taking in the sights of the Gold Coast in the sunshine and the fresh air, highly recommended. Lorenzo. L
This is the best decision I could have made
I booked the 2.5 hour segway sightseeing tour for my first night in Brisbane after moving from interstate. This is the best decision I could have made. The segway allowed us to cover a large distance to see much of the city (particularly the south side). The tour guide Uwen was kind and very knowledgeable; he made me feel welcome and safe in my new home. Uwen also took heaps of photos/videos and sent them to me after the tour at no extra charge (and my family loved them!). I attended to the tour mostly unsure of what to do with myself beyond that night and left with a long list of (mostly free) things I'd like to see and do before my study starts. If you've just landed in Brisbane or have not had the opportunity to see what this beautiful city has to offer, I highly recommend doing this tour! Just a note, the segway is self-balancing and was very easy to learn to ride. Also, there are both day and night options available for this tour.
