Enjoyable small zoo with Aussie animals. Sometimes these smaller zoos are more enjoyable as you can get a lot closer to the animals. You can feed and pat the kangaroos and emus in the open field which would be the highlight of this park. Would recommend for family’s with young kids.
Lots of informative and fun activities and a good place to spend time.

The sanctuary was well-maintained and the staff was quite friendly. I really enjoyed the activities throughout the day. The layout was quite nice and the directions are clear and actually accurate. It is a good place to spend five hours and I really enjoyed it.

This place is a fun little zoo with a heaps of Aussie animals. Would be great for the young ones and you can also pat the barn animal’s, kangaroos and emus for free.

My family and I had so much fun feeding the kangaroos and have a hugging photo session with a koala 🫶

If you ever travel to Brisbane, you should definitely check out this small zoo! We spent a long time staying with the kangaroos and feeding them. By the entrance they have the donate box, so you can choose how much you are donating for the animals and get a bag of kangaroo food.

10 Minutes from my house and it took me 10 years to visit - don't make the same mistake! Its an awesome venue!

Took our overseas visitors here, they described it as "seeing all the Aussie animals they could ever have imagined under one roof!" I couldn't describe it better myself! You get soo up close with the Koalas and we even saw the platypus - so its not a myth then!

Lone Pine was great! I have been to many places like this but Lone Pine beat them all hands down! Amazing animals, staff, variety of animals and entry price is very reasonable. Will definitely be going back soon!

Lone Pine was great! I have been to many places like this but Lone Pine beat them all hands down! I have never seen so many koalas in one place and they were so close for us to see everything. You could tell all the animals are very well looked after and so is the sanctuary. My 6yr old son has special needs and the staff were very accommodating when I asked for assistance. My son and I both enjoyed the bird show, koalas, exotic birds, snakes and reptiles, platypus, Tassie devils and feeding the kangaroos. My son especially enjoyed hearing the cockatoo talk to him, he could have stayed there all day..lol. We'll definitely be back again soon. Great family day out! 💙

A fun day out for families especially for young children.

What a great place for a family day out! The little ones loved being able to touch and feed the animals. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. As locals to the area we will definitely be buying annual passes and coming back for regular visits.

Excellent rehabilitation of our amazing koalas. Really enjoyed the beautiful area.

Beautiful area. Clean. Animals Well cared for. Excellent rehabilitation. Great range of animals. Went by myself and really enjoyed each area. Would hope the big birds get more flight area and more flight time. Even if they considered building a big pop up style aviary or animal run.

Lone Pine was great

Lone Pine was great. The whole family enjoyed the bird show, koalas, exotic birds and feeding the kangaroos. My young daughter especially enjoyed hearing all the different animal sounds and getting her photo taken with the koalas. Will be back again soon. Great family day out.

It was exciting for us!

It was exciting for us!! We could see a lot of koalas, we held a koala! We could feed the kangaroo too. So cute! And we could get cheaper tickets than usual when we used this site. Customer service is good. I was glad to finding this site!

It was a nice place to visit

It was a nice place to visit. Although we would have liked a few more animals in the barn ( not just holding a chicken). Thought we would be able to touch koalas. Quite basic really. Paying extra for a park map is a bit silly. Whole experience only took an hour.
