Do this ! What a great way to see such a large portion of Brisbane in just a few hours. Dilan gave us an amazing tour of the city and was a fun guide. We had one inexperienced person with us and he took lots of time to make sure she was comfortable before we begin our journey. He constantly checked on us and was very safety conscious. We Very much enjoyed the sights we were able to see and would do this again.
This is the best decision I could have made
I booked the 2.5 hour segway sightseeing tour for my first night in Brisbane after moving from interstate. This is the best decision I could have made. The segway allowed us to cover a large distance to see much of the city (particularly the south side). The tour guide Uwen was kind and very knowledgeable; he made me feel welcome and safe in my new home. Uwen also took heaps of photos/videos and sent them to me after the tour at no extra charge (and my family loved them!). I attended to the tour mostly unsure of what to do with myself beyond that night and left with a long list of (mostly free) things I'd like to see and do before my study starts. If you've just landed in Brisbane or have not had the opportunity to see what this beautiful city has to offer, I highly recommend doing this tour! Just a note, the segway is self-balancing and was very easy to learn to ride. Also, there are both day and night options available for this tour.

- All participants must be from 12 years or older
- Weight under 120kgs
- Guests under 18 years of age must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian
- Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour due to fall risk
- This activity is not recommended for some guests age 70 and up with mobility issues
- Helmets are provided and required
- No one will be able to participate if they do no have enclosed footwear
- Age Requirements: Participants must be 12 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
- Weight: Riders must weigh under 120kg. If over this weight, please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability.
- Pregnancy: For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate in any Segway tour.
- Alcohol & Drug Policy: There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drug use. Guests who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the tour will be denied participation. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
- Helmets and Safety Equipment: Helmets are mandatory and provided by the operator. All participants must wear a helmet at all times during the tour.
- Weather: Tours operate in light rain. Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate wet-weather gear.
- Clothing: Comfortable attire, enclosed toe, flat-soled shoes are mandatory.
- Check-in: 15 minutes before departure
- Waiver & Indemnity: Each participant must complete a waiver form prior to joining the tour. A waiver link is provided in the confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure their clients are informed.
- Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
- All participants must meet the minimum safety requirements, including the ability to stand and balance unassisted.
- Tours operate in most weather conditions except in the event of severe weather.

A fantastic way to spend a couple of hours taking in the sights of the Gold Coast in the sunshine and the fresh air, highly recommended
Had a wonderful 2 hour segway tour on the Gold Coast today. Sun was shining and it was jut beautiful gliding over the bridge from Southport, along the spit road, past Seaworld, along the track and road near the beach, views were breathtaking. Dilan, who took the tour puts you at ease to get into the feel of the Segway and it was a pleasure to spend a couple of hours with him, he went out of his way to take photos and video of the tour and send to me. A fantastic way to spend a couple of hours taking in the sights of the Gold Coast in the sunshine and the fresh air, highly recommended. Lorenzo. L
