Time
This tour departs daily at 2.15pm from Shed 202, Kennards Self Storage, 52 Bank Street, West End 4101, Brisbane. Please make sure at time of booking, you clearly stated what tour time you would like travel
Location
On Foot or By Car:
Driving/Parking: Park along Main Street or nearby streets. Then, walk down the stairs near Joey’s at Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park to the river level, turn right - where Riverlife is located.
Walking from Brisbane CBD: Cross the river via the Kangaroo Point Pedestrian Bridge (Veloway 1). Once across, turn left and follow the scenic riverside path directly to Riverlife Adventure Centre.
By Rideshare or Taxi:
Set your drop-off location to Riverlife Adventure Centre, Lower River Terrace, Kangaroo Point. Your driver may drop you at the top of the cliffs on Main Street, so be ready to walk down the stairs. Alternatively, you can ask to be dropped off in Scott
St, Kangaroo Point and take a leisurely walk south along the boardwalk, or Lower River Terrace and walk north along the Cliffs Boardwalk.
By Ferry:
Hop on a CityCat and disembark at Thornton Street Ferry Terminal. From there, it’s a short walk along the river to Riverlife Adventure Centre.

Pregnant guests are not allowed on the tour due to fall risk

No one will be able to participate if they do no have enclosed footwear
Terms And Conditions
• Age Requirements:
Participants must be 12 years or older. Participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to participation.
• Weight:
Riders must weigh under 120kg. If over this weight, please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability.
• Pregnancy:
For safety reasons, pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate in any Segway tour.
• Alcohol & Drug Policy:
There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding alcohol and drug use. Guests who are suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs before or during the tour will be denied participation. No refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
• Helmets and Safety Equipment:
Helmets are mandatory and provided by the operator. All participants must wear a helmet at all times during the tour.
• Weather:
Tours operate in light rain. Participants are encouraged to bring appropriate wet-weather gear.
• Clothing:
Comfortable attire, enclosed toe, flat-soled shoes are mandatory.
• Check-in:
15 minutes before departure, at Kennards Storage, West End.
• Waiver & Indemnity:
Each participant must complete a waiver form prior to joining the tour. A waiver link is provided in the confirmation email. It is the responsibility of the Agent to ensure their clients are informed.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to tour departure.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour time are non-refundable.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour cost.
All participants must meet the minimum safety requirements, including the ability to stand and balance unassisted.
Tours operate in most weather conditions except in the event of severe weather.
