- Tours require a minimum of 6 guests to operate
- Late arrivals may result in the forfeit of the tour without a refund
- Refunds will not be offered in the case of wet weather unless cancelled by the Lone Pine team for guest safety
- Advanced booking is required for nocturnal tours
- Maximum of 20 guests and minimum of 6 guests per tour
- Nocturnal tours are not stroller-friendly but are accessible for wheelchair users
- Inform the provider of any special needs at booking for assistance
- Tours will still go ahead in wet weather so please bring an umbrella or raincoat
- The nocturnal tour does not include day entry to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
