Boat, pontoon and crew: A+++
Weather wasn't great and seas were choppy - but of course no ones fault! My daughter got sea sick and the crew went above and beyond to help her get better. The boat out was rough due to the weather but it was a lovely boat with super friendly and helpful crew. Nice and simple morning and afternoon tea on the boat. The pontoon was amazing! Snorkelling, semi submersible sub, fish feeding and underwater viewing platform were great activities we participated in - plus there's so much more if you wanted to. The hot and cold buffet was delicious! Can go back to eat as much as you want :) Fantastic underwater photos by the photographer! Thank you!

What you can expect
The complete Green Island tour & Great Barrier Reef tour combo in one day awaits with this exciting cruise! A fast 45-minute catamaran ride across the Coral Sea from Cairns will take you to beautiful Green Island to enjoy two hours on this unique reef and rainforest coral cay. A day of adventure and discovery continues onto Great Adventures’ spacious activity platform moored on the majestic Outer Great Barrier Reef.
From the activity platform, guests of all ages, swimmers and non-swimmers can enjoy a magical day on one of nature’s wonders. With the air-conditioned semi-submersible and underwater observatory, you don’t even have to get wet to discover the reef. Snorkel directly off the platform amongst beautiful coral gardens and colourful marine life, or just relax on the sundeck with a delicious buffet lunch and enjoy the amazing marine-scape!
Exciting optional activities include scuba diving, guided snorkel tours, the exclusive Scuba-Doo underwater scooter and scenic helicopter flights to see the reef from a different perspective.
