What you can expect
Experience the world’s oldest rainforest on this 60 minute Daintree River Cruise taking you deep into the natural habitat of Estuarine Crocodiles. Gliding along the calm river, local guides will share the secrets of this unique tropical ecosystem. Keep your eyes firmly peeled on the horizon and you may just spot some crocodiles on the river banks warming up in the sun or popping up to the surface to take a breath.
While crocodile sightings are never guaranteed, the 60 minute Daintree River Cruise is a wonderful way to experience the ancient rainforest, flocks of birds and schools of fish. Daintree River Cruises are available at 9.30am, 11am, 12pm and 2pm and a complimentary morning tea or afternoon tea are included in each ticket.

- Located 1 hour and 30 minute drive from Cairns; 45 minute drive from Port Douglas; 30 minute drive from Mossman
- Arrive 15 minutes before the activity starts
- You must exchange your voucher at the ticket counter before the tour begins
- Reusable water bottle

- Mosquito repellant
- Raincoat or poncho
- Comfortable shoes
- Picnic lunch or snacks
- Suitable for all ages. For those with infants we recommend bringing a car seat or small pram if you do not wish to hold your little one throughout the cruise
- Wheelchair accessible. The cruise centre is wheelchair accessible. If you or your travel partner require any assistance please contact the supplier before your cruise so we can make sure our friendly staff are on hand to provide any help required on your arrival and boarding the boat
- Customers will receive a full refund or credit when canceling with more than 24 hours’ notice of the departure time
- If a customer cancels in under 24 hours they will be charged a booking fee of 20%. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
- If a customer misses their departure time they will be charged the full price of the cruise. Please contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
