Choppy, supportive and then Amazing
The trip was choppy and the Captain informed us about this so took hyosine for this. My 4yo daughter did ok but felt awful. The crew are supportive and supply vomit bags for those why arent well. Once you get there the rough is over and you can view the great barrier reef. The team is amazing supporting you and your family and also with the meals and then the snorkelling. They cannot control weather but support you through it
Nice trip, but tight schedule
Overall is good, but the schedules are too tight if you want to do snorkeling, helicopter, the boat, and lunch. Almost impossible.

To recharge, you'll be treated to a delicious buffet lunch before diving back into the adventure.
Heading to the platform, you'll travel in luxury onboard a modern and spacious air-conditioned catamaran, which departs daily from the Reef Fleet Terminal in the centre of Cairns. Watch out for hidden costs
Crew were really nice and friendly. Watch out for hidden fuel costs. You buy your ticket and pay then when you show up they charge a hidden fuel cost that never gets advised at the checkout. Just build this into the total price and be transparent rather than sneaking it in to make the tour look cheaper!
