<more-info><ul><li> How can I prepare for the tour? The tours will involve walking distances throughout the day between 3 & 5km. A relatively good level of fitness is required. We work closely to your specific needs and this includes your physical ability throughout the tour. </li><li> What are the risk aspects of the tour? The greatest risk feature of the tour is dehydration. With all tours we take ample water supplies and are generally based on water features (Stream/River), I will constantly remind you to keep hydrating. First and foremost your safety is my responsibility. If I have any doubt in a situation which may un-fold, you must listen carefully to any instructions you may need to follow. </li><li> Can children join the tour? Yes. Children aged 10+ can join the tour with a parent or guardian. </li><li> Can I film the experience? This is a key part of the experience; the operator will take the responsibility of filming aspects of your journey into the wilderness. If you would like to film and take pictures of your experience this must be approved by the guide.</li></ul></more-info>
