- Maximum weight limit is 110kg
- All participants must sign a risk waiver form, linked in the voucher upon purchase
- Minimum of four participants required; rides may be rescheduled if minimum numbers are not met
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Infant (four years and under): must be seated on an adult’s lap; combined weight must not exceed 95kg
- General fare (91–110kg): requires a private camel; double fare applies
- Adult fare (up to 90kg): may share a camel if booked together
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
