We were gifted a 2-hour GoBoat+ experience, and it turned out to be one of the best moments of our lives on the Gold Coast. My parents and my wife were absolutely thrilled. It was the kind of gift that becomes a lifelong memory for the whole family. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The boat was amazing, the scenery was stunning, and the experience felt truly special. A memory we’ll never forget. A huge shoutout to Steve, who was incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful. Thanks especially for the tip to start recording the pirralhos on jet skis (some cheeky kids) who tried several times to splash us; once they noticed we were filming, they quickly backed off. With no boat licence required, these electric boats are easy and fun to drive, with virtually no noise and no fumes. Fitted out with picnic tables, cup holders, and canopies, all you need to bring is your crew - plus your snacks and drinks - as you set sail to cruise the waterways.

- A $200 security bond will be held on a debit card (released at the end of the booking if the boat is returned undamaged). Alternatively, a $1 hold applies when using a credit card

- Boats depart exactly at the scheduled time and return after 1 hour
- Please allow 1 hour for this experience

- Please be ready 15 minutes prior to departure
- Enter the shopping mall and head towards the outdoor seating area for Edgewater Dining. There, you will find the GoBoat kiosk
- A security bond of $200 is required. This will be taken as a pre-authorisation from a valid debit card and will be cancelled once the boat is returned without damage. Alternatively, if you choose to use a credit card, the pre-authorisation amount will be $1
- The nominated skipper must be 18 years of age or older
- A form of photo ID must be provided, preferably belonging to the individual who made the booking
- Guests may consume up to two alcoholic beverages per person, but the skipper must maintain a 0.00 BAC
- Fishing is not permitted on these boats
- Guests are not permitted to dock the boat at another; they must remain on the water for the duration of their booking
- Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at the time of booking
- Mobile vouchers are accepted
- For your information, complete tour operator details, including contact information, are provided on your tour voucher
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking; however, it is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control
- We strongly recommend reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of booking and before making other travel arrangements

Great day out with the family. Great activity even for a local. You get to see all the nice houses from the water side that you wouldn’t normally get to see driving on the road. Very chill and GoBoat+ was worth upgrading especially if you’re going with parents. Comfy seats, easier steering and faster boat so you get to see more in same amount of time.

A must to do on the GC. We had such a great experience with GoBoat.
I was initially quite unsure about getting on and off, as it’s a long step down and, being a bigger person, that can be challenging. Felipe immediately put me at ease. He helped me in and out of the boat so smoothly and confidently, he almost made me feel weightless just so kind. He didnt just help me but others as well and was so encouraging. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe. He was also incredibly helpful when we got a bit lost using the mobile navigation, stepping in straight away without hesitation. His positive, upbeat attitude made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The boat itself was fantastic, very easy to steer, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing day out on the water. Overall, such a wonderful experience, made even better by Felipe’s outstanding service. Highly recommend!
