- For Hot Air Balloon - All bookings are weather dependent, and in the case of bad weather your booking will be rescheduled.
- iFly is an all weather experience. If your balloon flight is cancelled for any reason we will book

- Children under 3 years old cannot participate.
- Children 5 - 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children aged 14 -17 years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the tour.
- You must be able to climb up the 1.2 metre foothold ladder into the hot air balloon basket without assistance.
- You must be able to stand for the duration of the flight
- Pregnant women and those who participated in diving the previous day are not suited to this activity.
- Passengers with medical conditions or that have accessibility issues, please check with your doctor or specialist prior to booking.
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
