What you can expect
Experience the Hot Springs Sanctuary. A place where nature's geothermal mineral waters flow into a myriad of curated rockpools and sensory caves
The mineral-rich water at the Deep Blue Hot Springs is gathered from a depth of 850 meters below the ground, with a unique mineral composition to support a range of physical and emotional health benefits. The heat is naturally occurring and is the result of the earth’s core temperature with the water arriving to the surface at temperatures ranging from 35-42 degrees. Numerous sessions are offered daily, with daytime sessions suitable for all ages 5 and over, while evening sessions are reserved for adults only aged 16 and over. Your entry provides access to all enhanced bathing experiences located within the Sanctuary.

- Limited car parking is available on site however additional parking can be found at Worm Bay Road, Viaduct Road (opposite the skate park) and Pertobe Road. Please refrain from parking in any Hotel parking areas. MEDICAL INFORMATION: Please seek medical advice from your own doctor before bathing if you have any medical conditions.
- We recommend that you allow an extra 15 minutes to locate us and to park your car.
- Enter through the Deep Blue Hot Springs reception located via at Worm Bay Road Warrnambool. For full directions please visit our website.
- Swimwear is required. We recommend you wear black or dark coloured swimwear to avoid disclouration which can occur due to the minerals present in the water.
- We recommend you bring a refillable water bottle ( non glass) which can be replenished at water stations located within the sanctuary. Water bottles are also available for sale upon arrival.
- Robes, towels and lockers are available for hire upon arrival. You are welcome to bring your own towel.
- To reduce the risk of slipping, we recommend appropriate footwear be worn.
- Talking on mobile phones is not permitted inside the sanctuary. If you wish to bring your mobile phone to take pictures, we ask that your phone be switched to silent and that you only take images of yourself or friends and family within your group with their consent.
- We recommend all valuables including jewellery be left at home. It is not recommended to wear jewellery while bathing due to the risk of metal tarnishing. Please also be aware the natural mineral content in the water may effect prescription glasses when anti-reflective coating has been applied.
- Glassware is not permitted in the Sanctuary.
- Your entry pass includes access to a myriad of open air and cave bathing experiences during your session
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction

it was the best thing I spent my money on, they had multiple hot spring pools, they have indoor bathhouse which I recommend also. The change room was massive and they had a great service team at the front desk. so calm and relaxing. Can't wait to go again.
