What you can expect
Looking to visit a winery in the Hunter Valley Spend a few hours exploring the Audrey Wilkinson winery on a self-guided tour of the vineyards and museum followed by a wine master class and premium wine tasting. At the conclusion of your wine tasting experience, collect your bottle of handpicked wine along with a picnic hamper and find a secluded spot in the vineyards to lay down your picnic rug!
The Audrey Wilkinson wines can be found at the foothills of the Brokenback Mountain Ranges in the Hunter Valley and have been producing award-winning wines for over 150 years. Visitors should allow 2 hours for the entire experience. Transfers are not included are visitors are required to make the scenic two-hour drive from Sydney to the winery. The self-guided picnic winery tour is available daily at 10.30 am, 12 pm, 1.30 pm and 3 pm.

Absolutely fantastic way to spend an afternoon in the Hunter Valley!
If you are unsure of what estate to visit in the Hunter Valley, you need to look no further than the Audrey Wilkinson Vineyard. The views of this estate are second to none in the Hunter Valley and the wine, staff, and property are all absolutely exceptional. We brought our 19 month old son and the staff were exceptionally kind and understanding. We had booked our trip very far out in advance -- well before we had a child and that was no issue for the staff. Make sure you have a booking! We saw couples walk up and they were booked out for tastings/picnics.

This was an amazingly beautiful experience. We were totally engaged with our lovely host and it was a private tasting of some great wines. Such an enjoyable experience to do as a couple and then to relax in a private spot on the vineyard with a picnic and bottle of wine was just perfect and the view was amazing. Highly recommend!
