Start your class with a refreshing beverage as your expert chef guides you through the day's activities. With everything needed to create a magnificent feast included, you'll get hands-on practice behind the grill as you learn the essentials. With some meats pre-smoked to demonstrate key techniques, and others ready for you to prepare from scratch. Learn about rubs, sauces, temperatures, timing and troubleshooting as you graze on your creations along the way. Finishing with an authentic 'low and slow' Southern BBQ feast at the end of your class.
