Hike through lush foliage to discover the hidden gems of Finch Hatton Gorge that lead you to a secluded swimming hole where you’re welcome to take a refreshing dip. The next stop is Eungella to go platypus spotting before enjoying a lunch and beer at one of the Pioneer Valley’s favourite pubs. It doesn’t get much better or more Aussie than this.

A Great Day Out
We had a wonderful day with our guide, Michelle. She was enthusiastic, friendly and informative. The hike and swim were lots of fun (The water was extremely cold). Lunch was very enjoyable and we were lucky enough to see three platypus. A must do activity in Townsville.
