What you can expect
Discover axe throwing in Knox on this one hour session, open to all skill levels from complete beginners to anyone who's been chasing bullseyes for years. You'll kick things off with a safety briefing and a hands-on coaching session with an expert who walks you through stance, grip and technique before the competition begins. Axe throwing is one of those activities that sounds intimidating until you're standing at the lane with a hatchet in your hand and a target in your sights.
From there, it's an hour of friendly rivalry, personal challenges and the satisfying thud of a clean landing. Groups of one to three share a single lane, while groups of four to six are set up across two lanes so everyone has room to compete. It's easy to reach by public transport and there's ample parking on site if you're driving in.

- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your experience Monday – Friday: 12pm – 9pm Saturday: 10am – 10pm Sunday: 12pm – 8pm
- Last session is 1 hour prior to closing
- This experience is approximately one hour in duration.
- This experience is located at the Westfield Knox at 425 Burwood Hwy, Wantirna South, VIC 3152.
- Fully enclosed shoes.
- Minimum age is 11 years old
- Participants aged 11 to 17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- No alcohol consumption is permitted prior to your session
- Groups of one to three will have one lane allocated
- Groups of four to six will have two lanes allocated
- This experience is fully accessible
- This experience operates in all weather conditions
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start of time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Bookings are strongly recommended to secure your preferred time slot.
- Upon confirmation, you will receive a MANIAX booking confirmation email and waivers to complete.
- Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability — both printed and mobile vouchers are accepted and must be presented on arrival.
