- Limited Capacity – Bookings Essential
- While there is no additional charge to view the exhibition, session bookings are essential due to limited capacity. Secure your spot early to avoid missing out.

- The Australian Sports Museum is open daily from 10am-5pm except on MCG event days, there is no limited time in the museum between the opening hours
- Melbourne Cricket Ground Guided Tour depart daily every 30 minutes between 10.00am and 3.00pm except on MCG event days

- You will require a minimum of 2-3 hours

- Meeting location inside of Gate 3 of the MCG
- Cancellations in writing will be accepted up to seven days prior to the booking date, and payment will be refunded less a 10% deposit (if paid at the time of the booking).
- The Australian Sports Museum Limited will offer a refund or exchange of an admission ticket in the following events:
- a) if the Product is cancelled or rescheduled by the Australian Sports Museum Limited and/or the MCC (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled Product); or
- b) to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
- Australian Sports Museum Limited does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
- You must apply for a refund within two weeks of the notification that the Product has been cancelled or rescheduled. To apply for a refund, please email management at contactus@australiansportsmuseum.org.au. Within the email, the following must be included in order to meet the conditions for a refund: a) Name of the booking holder , b) Booking number , c) Proof of purchase
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher

Melbourne Cricket Ground and National Sports Museum tour was excellent. The day was perfect and we had some good snacks before the tour started. The tour started on time and the guide was very informative. The view of MCG was magnificent and it was a great experience walking around the through the dressing rooms. National Sports Museum was good too and we got to know a lot about Australia's sporting history! Glad to have booked tickets through Experience Oz, everything was so seamless! Cheers!
