Shake things up with a relaxed, hands‑on spirits blending workshop at Earp Distilling Co. in Carrington, Newcastle, where you’ll step behind the scenes and dive into the world of distilling. Guided by an expert team, you’ll hear the story behind traditional methods and modern flavour profiles in a way that’s easy to follow, whether you’re a seasoned sipper or just keen to give it a go.
Blend your own signature drop using award‑winning spirits as your base, choosing from more than 20 botanicals to craft a gin, vodka or rum that’s right up your alley. It’s all about getting creative and having a laugh as you build a flavour that feels distinctly you. Once you’re happy, bottle it up, name it and label it, ready to take home and show off.
Finish up feeling like a bit of a pro, with your personalised bottle in hand and a cheeky saving at the cellar door. It’s a fun, easygoing experience that’s perfect for couples, mates or anyone up for trying something a little different.

- 10% off at Cellar door
- Available Friday and Saturday at 2pm and 7pm
- Available Sunday at 1pm

- Participants must be 18 years and over; photo ID may be required
